What this means for you

Three plans, priced per organisation, monthly only, in US dollars excluding VAT: Community $0, Early Access $99 per organisation per month for the first 10 organisations, Enterprise by quote. Verification is identical on every plan and never capped. The $199 lifetime offer and the cache-size tiers (Free 1 GB, Pro $29) are gone. Payments run in a sandbox: no real money moves yet. The pitch

Early Access is a design-partner seat: team access to the Nest dashboard and early influence while Nestr is pre-GA, in return for a monthly feedback call. Each item is listed either as included today or “when shipped”, never blurred. A lapsed subscription removes hosted features only, never verification trust.

Proof points

• Community, $0: verification rules identical to paid plans; review screens are previews with sample data; dashboard and a registry-wide namespace read view; one member; 50 hosted compressions and 50 hosted operations a month; security-record running totals.
• Early Access, $99, included today: organisation invites and members; 90-day security-record history with JSON export; namespace claim by DNS TXT proof, countersigned by the operator; fair use of 3 namespaces and 25 members (a contract term, not enforced in code); disclosed limitations and a monthly call.
• Early Access, when shipped: namespace hosting and publishing; live diff, provenance and quarantine screens; the nestr CLI; email support with a 48-hour response; a 12-month price lock.
• Enterprise, by quote: everything in Early Access, negotiated service levels, SSO (planned), self-hosted transparency log (planned).
• 30-day refund policy; no annual billing; no lifetime plan. GA Team ($249) is deferred until the PEL-ART-003 and PEL-SBX-012 adversary tests pass. Live payments wait on gate G-13-5, whose decision is open.
